Our Process
We start with a quick call / video call to discuss your needs and vision. We break down the details and answer all the questions you may have. You may be asked to fill out a questionnaire beforehand to help us gather more information.
Discovery Call
Proposal
Based on our discussion, we put together a simple design proposal and quote. This step ensures our vision and budget are aligned before moving forward.
Booking
Once feedback is provided, we refine the quote as needed. The booking is confirmed when the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
We refine the design based on your feedback and create a more detailed design deck. If needed, the quote is adjusted accordingly. Around 2 months before your event, we review the details together again and finalize the order. The final payment is due at this time.

You sit back and enjoy. We handle the delivery, installation, and every detail as planned.
